Cristalyn Sugano has over 6 years of experience in the hair industry. Her passion for hair styling began early while studying cosmetology in high school. To launch her career, she apprenticed for a year at Instyle Hair Salon. 5 years thereafter, she has worked at 2 other local hair salons, Attributes and PH3, expressing her creative art and strengths in hair styling, colouring, cutting and up-dos. In August 2010, she opened Gloss Salon & Spa, expanding her creativity, passion and style to the community. Other than dressing hair, Cristalyn also enjoys a good run as well as a relaxing yoga session or movie night with her friends. Tiffany Stone is our most senior stylist with over 11 years of experience behind the chair. She graduated from Del Mar College in 2000 and has been Red Seal certified. Tiffany worked for 3 years at Combeau Cut, 5 years at Quinn's of Kensington, 2 years at Pink Lime, and 1 year at Fabu Hair Studio. Tiffany has had advanced training at Goldwell Trilogy and Goldwell Trendzoom (New York) to enhance her talent. Her strengths are in hair color, cuts, updos, perms, and styling. Leah Pacaoan has over two years in the beauty industry. First discovering her love for the hair industry in 2008 when she started apprenticing at Elevate Salon in Edmonton, she has since moved to Calgary to work at Eveline Charles, and now Gloss Salon and Spa. Leah received Sassoon based cosmetology education at Eveline Charles Academy, the only Sassoon connected school in Canada. She is looking forward to expanding her creative edge and strengths in hair styling, cuts, colours, and up-dos through further education, and through providing the best in hair services to her clients at Gloss Salon and Spa. Leah's styling strengths include cuts, colour, styling and up-dos. Aside from working at Gloss, Leah also enjoys anything that has to do with music. She loves to sing and play the piano, so you can expect a little serenading from Leah when you sit in her chair at Gloss Salon and Spa!

Born in St. Lucia, West Indies, Julietta is a master of her craft. She keeps up with the latest techniques and hair trends as they appear on the fashion scene. Julietta Raoul specializes in precision cutting, styling, and the latest techniques in hair extensions. With her artistic and impeccable attention to detail, Julietta enjoys working with clients to come up with styles individualized to their needs.

Julietta is constantly working on her own innovative techniques and is always pushing the boundaries of hair. She is trained in and has expanded upon hair extension techniques. She continues to improve her skills through international training:

   - The Natural Hair Center in Atlanta, Georgia (Certified for 23 hands on techniques)

   - Bonner Brothers Boot Camp Hair Show, Atlanta, Georgia (Certified for weaving)

Estrella Quintero has over two years in the beauty industry. Graduating in 2009 with an esthetics diploma at Marvel College in Calgary, Alberta, she has since worked for Newberry Spa and Eveline Charles at Southcentre Mall. She is now continuing her esthetics career here at Gloss Salon and Spa. To complement her high quality manicure, pedicure, and waxing skills, Estrella also has advanced training in chemical peels and makeup application. Her plan is to help grow the spa side of Gloss Salon and Spa, so stay tuned for additional services like the highly anticipated Facial. Estrella is full of passion for her job and life and loves to share this with her clients everyday. She even received the Edges Salon and Spa Citizen Award in Fall 2009 to prove it!
